ETAssist Kenya takes the privacy and security of customer information seriously. Documents, records and personal data shared with us are treated as confidential and are used only for the travel authorization assistance purposes authorized by the customer.
Data we may collect includes account/contact information, passport and identity information, travel itinerary, accommodation details, photographs and supporting records relevant to the traveller's purpose of visit.
Purpose of processing: to provide document review, application preparation, consultancy, submission assistance, status follow-up and customer support requested by you. We do not use travel documents for unrelated marketing.

Retention: ETAssist should define and publish a documented retention schedule. Records should be kept only as long as necessary for the service, legal obligations, disputes and audit requirements, after which they should be securely deleted or anonymized.
Your rights: subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion of your data, object to certain processing, or ask questions about how your information is handled.
