ETAssist Kenya provides independent travel authorization documentation assistance, consultancy and application support. ETAssist is not the Government of Kenya, the Directorate of Immigration Services, eCitizen, or the official Kenya eTA portal, and no affiliation or endorsement should be inferred.

Government decision: Approval, refusal, processing time and admission decisions are made solely by the relevant Government of Kenya immigration authorities. ETAssist cannot guarantee approval.

Customer responsibility: You must provide truthful, accurate, complete and authorized information and documents. You must review the application information prepared from your instructions before official submission whenever review is made available.

Authorization: By submitting an ETAssist case for review, you authorize ETAssist to process the supplied information and documents and to use them to prepare and assist with the official eTA application on behalf of the named traveller(s).

Fees: ETAssist service fees are separate from official government fees. Official fees may be non-refundable after official submission. Service-fee refund commitments, if offered, should be limited to the written ETAssist guarantee published at the time of purchase.

Document Review Guarantee: The business brief proposes a refund of the ETAssist service fee where Immigration rejects an application specifically because of an error in documents prepared by ETAssist. Before launch, legal counsel should define the evidence required, exclusions, claim period and maximum liability. This guarantee does not cover refusal for eligibility, security, false/incomplete customer information, changed government requirements, discretionary immigration decisions, or circumstances outside ETAssist's control.

No government impersonation: ETAssist will not represent itself as an official government website and will not copy protected government branding or material without permission.
